HEAD OF NEW BUSINESS AND DEVELOPMENT
Kamux is seeking to hire Head of New Business Development, reporting to Group CEO. The main responsibilities are to drive the strategy implementation and the company’s key initiatives working closely with our CEO and CDO and rest of the leadership team. The role offers a broad view into the car retail sector with a direct opportunity to shape the future of the company.
We are a Finnish publicly listed company specializing in used car sales and currently operates in 42 showrooms in Finland, 11 in Sweden and 2 in Germany. In 2017 we sold a record of 41,000 cars and our revenues totaled 455 million euros. Kamux Group employs over 400 car sales professionals and our employee satisfaction has consistently been on a very high level. We have ambitious growth plans and our target is to grow revenues to over 700 MEUR by 2019.
With our strong focus on internationalization and omni-channel retail as well as our continuous efforts to further develop our core business processes, there is a number of strategic initiatives that the company is concentrating on. The Business Development function is responsible for driving the strategically most important development projects. The position holder has a key role both in preparing our strategic initiatives as well as implementing our strategic and operational projects and processes.
The position is located in Espoo or Hämeenlinna. The position demands travel both in Finland and abroad.
